Stéphanie Momiron is admitted to the Paris Bar (2001).
After starting her career at Landwell in Paris in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions, she is a founding partner of Solvaction, as well as practicing freelance.
She advises French and foreign companies in transactions involving business law, in particular company law, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts, both in advice and litigation.
She also has a strong expertise in aviation law and other aeronautical operations (sale, finance, contracts, insurance, passengers issues).
She also acts as a mediator in various commercial disputes.
Stéphanie is graduated from ESSEC business school (Master's degree in international business law and management). She holds a Master of Law (Nanterre University) and is qualified from the Mediation and Negotiation Institute (Master in Mediation).
