Jeremy Blimbaum is a member of the Paris Bar (2000) and Solicitor in England and Wales (2004).
After starting his career with Clifford Chance in Paris and London in Corporate M&A and securities law, then with Orrick Rambaud-Martel, he founded Duhamel Blimbaum, then became a founding partner of Solvaction.
He assists his clients - listed or unlisted companies, industrials, financial institutions and groups of shareholders - in connection with stock exchange transactions / fundraising, the issuance of financial instruments, investments by investment funds (private equity or funds of funds), legal structuring, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
His practice combines advice and litigation, which enables to better negotiate in advice on the basis of judicial approaches to a situation, and to better defend his clients in litigation by integrating the business law mechanisms he practices. He assists his clients in stock market and financial disputes, shareholders’ disputes, investigations and regulatory litigation.
Jeremy holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Paris Dauphine and a BPP University Law School degree.
He is a Director of France Biotech and vice president of the Securities Law Association.
