Charles Marquand is a Barrister (Bar of England & Wales) and an Avocat à la Cour (Paris).
Charles is advising his clients in financial services law and regulation (investment law), UK and EU. He also deals with a wide range of company law and commercial law matters.
Charles is additionally a Chartered Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). He is on several arbitration panels and databases (such as the London Metal Exchange, the Minor Metals Trade Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the ICC and the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration). He has extensive experience of arbitrating commercial disputes, often with an international dimension, as a sole arbitrator and as a member of a tribunal.
Charles is a trained mediator and has experience of mediating a wide range of civil and commercial disputes.
